Dennis G. Pearson is an adjunct professor in the Department of Communication Arts & Sciences at
Bronx Community College of the City University of New York. He teaches interpersonal communication and public speaking. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Geneseo and a Master of Science from the City University of New York at Brooklyn College. Dennis spent nearly a decade researching and studying customer service before embarking on his first training. He started Pearson Training & Consulting to serve not just large companies, but also their smaller counterparts who understood the high financial value of customer service, but often believed it unaffordable.
